I love this hair , there was none shedding , extremely soft to the touch.The hair is sooooo soft. the customer service was amazing. the customer service answered any questions I had about the product prior to buying it and even once I purchased this wig the customer service still assisted me up until delivery. it’s very silky, true to density, and installed beautifully. Got many compliments.Definitely buying another one very soon!thanks
