The hair came in 2-3 weeks after I ordered because of Covid-19 and they had one week off. The customer service is great I asked why it was taking so long to ship and got an response right away. I washed the hair immediately when I received it, this hair it for a friend bday so I was in a hurry and I immediately styled it back straight. The texture before and after washing was perfect. Is really heat resistent and comes with a frontal and a little back closure so you can put it in a bun and do other styles. I am really happy with the hair and surely order mlre items from this shop

This hair is amazing and very soft. I bought 24inches. Before I bought the hair I asked seller to customise it as same in the picture and they took time to do it as I wanted. After she took a picture and send it to me to see if I liked it...really good communication. Thanks

The hair came pre plug I didn't do to much. I love the hair it good quality, I wore it for two weeks and I didn't have a lot shedding, the hair take heat. My cousin will customise the wig when I see her, I definitely order the hair again.
