At first I thought the seller sent the wrong item. Because the package says 20 inches. But I trust them, this is my 3rd purchase from this company. I contacted their customer service immediately, only to find out that the warehouse was mislabeled. I measured the length and straightened it out to 32-34 inches. All in all, although there were misunderstandings , it was still a happy shopping.
