Took a whole week for them to actually ship it but once they did ship it wednesday, I got it today on Friday. Hair is full and soft and bouncy. Hairline is preplucked, with baby hairs and knots look bleached. I didn’t have to do much to it.

true to length, the color is as described, and I love it. havent had an issue with tangling, but highly suggest washing a good 2 times before wearing it , so the color doesn't bleed. will definitely buy from this company again. it also takes heat well . the seller communicated well with me & made sure I got it in time before I took my vacation
