This wig is over my expectations. It is customized for my head (small cap wig) The lace also. The length is accurate and the density. This is so soft and no bad smell. I don't have the right words to describe how I felt today.
At first I thought the seller sent the wrong item. Because the package says 20 inches. But I trust them, this is my 3rd purchase from this company. I contacted their customer service immediately, only to find out that the warehouse was mislabeled. I measured the length and straightened it out to 32-34 inches. I ordered a 13x4 16 inch unit. It's really soft and doesn't smell. In addition, knots bleach well and shed least. I finally bleached it, but it was still good. I hope I can wear the wig better, but this is my result. It will be purchased from this supplier again. I like this hair very much.

I ordered the 14 in for work and the hair is perfect. There was no smell, the knots bleached easily, the hair barely sheds, the lace is stretchy and blends easily, and the wig is big enough for my head. 5/5 stars.
I was suuuuper skeptical about ordering this hair, mostly because I’m a darker skinned girl and wasn’t sure it would compliment me well. In the end, I’m pretty satisfied! It looks super cute and I’ll be back to add more photos when I get dolled up! I only wish it was a bit of a darker brown instead of very light and mostly blonde! Still, super cute!
